Before you get started

When do students receive winner closeout tasks?

After they are selected as recipients, when the scholarship has winner closeout enabled. Finalist status alone does not activate those tasks.

Are selection emails sent automatically?

No. Award and rejection emails are prepared and sent deliberately by administrators. Automatic application confirmations and task reminders are separate settings; recording an award does not itself send a selection email.

Is archiving the same as deleting?

No. Archived records remain part of the organization’s history. Deletion is a separate action subject to the platform’s record and document safeguards.
