Organizations configure the program, students complete assigned forms, and reviewers evaluate assigned applications. The same records connect the process, with different access for each role.
Open an applicant’s record to find their answers, documents, scholarship entries, and committee evaluations. Keep final decisions with the people responsible for the program.
Program controlInvite administrators and reviewers by email. Set their roles, titles, and scholarship assignments in Team & permissions.
Committee contextSeparate evaluations stay attached to the applicant instead of being merged into one reviewer’s notes.
Record continuitySubmission, review, award, and closeout information remain connected to the student.

HOW THE WORKSPACES CONNECT
Each person owns their part of the process.
01 · STUDENT
Provide the application
Students join through a form-specific invitation, complete the assigned application, and track requested documents and recommendations.
02 · REVIEWER
Record an evaluation
Reviewers open assigned applications, score against the organization’s rubric, and record their own evaluations. They do not make the final award.
03 · ADMINISTRATOR
Make the decision
Administrators compare finalists, select recipients, record award amounts, and manage enabled closeout forms.
A form-specific invitation directs students to the correct organization and application. Online answers save as they work. Submitted answers lock until an administrator reopens them; documents and recommendation tasks may continue later when allowed. Selected recipients receive closeout tasks only when enabled. A student account can join multiple organizations with separate records.Explore the application experience
